You can request a return if:

  • The product is wrong or missing 
  • The product does not match the description

Refund/return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

⭐ Non-returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items 
  • Personal care products 
  • Clearance/sale items 

⭐ Refund Process

  2. Provide your order number + photos/video 
  3. We process your request within 48 hours 
  4. Refund issued to the original payment method (PayPal/Stripe) 

⭐ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank/PayPal 
  • Contact the payment provider 
  • Then email us again 

⭐ Shipping Costs

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
